Alice is our Client Services and Settlements Legend.
Alice does so many important ‘behind the scenes’ things for our clients. She arranges loan contracts and checks all details are correct. She assists our customers with signing their loan documents and ensures they are clear and confident with all aspects.
Her after-sales service is fantastic. She assists clients with linking up offset accounts or establishing savings accounts. Alice answers many calls each day and puts minds to rest with her careful guidance and explanations. These are the extra yards we go to at Cosimfree and Alice is committed to all our clients so their experience is a positive one.
